Return and Refund Policy for The Southern Armorer LLC

At The Southern Armorer LLC, we strive to provide high-quality rifle scopes, red dots, scope- and firearm accessories. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Scopes, red dots, and accessories that have been mounted, modified, or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Exceptions: Due to safety and liability concerns, we cannot accept returns on opened or used firearm-related products or items that have been tampered with or damaged by the customer.

2. Return Process

  • Request a Return Authorization: To initiate a return, contact us via email at info@thesouthernarmorer.com with your order number and reason for return. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defective product).

    Please include your RA number and proof of purchase inside the package.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns for items that are returned without the original packaging, or if they are not in new condition. This fee does not apply to defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Non-refundable Items: Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for defective or damaged goods.
  • Manufacturer Defects: If your product is defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will guide you through the warranty process with the manufacturer.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process.

7. Legal Rights

This return and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws. For more information about your rights, you may contact your local consumer protection agency.
