These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”), and your purchase and use of products (“Products”) offered by us. By accessing the Site or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

All Products sold on the Site, including rifle scopes, red dots, and accessories, are subject to U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
- Export Prohibited: We do not ship Products outside the United States.
- User Obligation: You agree not to transfer, export, or re-export any Product to a foreign individual or entity without prior authorization from the U.S. government.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Domestic Shipping:
We ship to addresses within the United States, including all states and territories where permitted by law. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
4.2 Delivery Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Risk of Loss:
Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4.4 Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If this occurs, you must file a claim with the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
5.1 Return Policy:

- No Liability for Improper Use: We are not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse of our Products.

- Liability Cap: Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Atlanta, GA, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
